Scope, in the buyer’s own words

The areas that PVP would like external support with are as follows:

1) Supervisor reviews - these must be undertaken with a suitably experienced and qualified person; previous PIP2 supervisory experience is essential.

2) Making contact with Victims and completing a Victim needs Assessment (VNA)

3) The candidates for this must be able to read and digest an officer's enquiry log and determine how the case is progressing, pulling pertinent points from the case file and sharing updates in a calm and empathetic manner. We require candidates with policing or Criminal Justice System (CJS) experience who can listen and inform victims of police and CJS process
