Four questions, no account, no card. If the fit is poor we say so and show you three better Notices.
Scope, in the buyer’s own words
Cambridge City Council is seeking an experienced training provider to design and deliver a programme of learning, resources and support focused on health, wellbeing and personal resilience. The programme will support employees through the Government's Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), helping them navigate a period of significant organisational change.
The Council is looking for a provider that can equip employees with practical tools and strategies to maintain physical and mental wellbeing, build resilience and sustain personal effectiveness in the face of uncertainty. Learning interventions should help employees manage the emotional and practical impacts of change, develop confidence in navigating ambiguity and adopt positive approaches to wellbeing during transition.
The programme aims to foster a supportive, high-performing workplace culture that enables employees to adapt successfully while continuing to deliver excellent services for residents. All learning and support should align with the Council's values: collaborative, courageous, compassionate and accountable.
