Scope, in the buyer’s own words
NHS Scotland intends to establish a national Framework Agreement for the provision of a Digital Diabetes Prevention and Primary Hypertension Programme. The programme will support individuals identified as being at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes and/or those diagnosed with primary hypertension, through the delivery of evidence-based, digitally enabled lifestyle and behaviour change interventions.
The Authority intends to appoint a single supplier to a national Framework Agreement. The procurement will be conducted using a Restricted Procedure, comprising a Selection Stage and an Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. Suppliers will be shortlisted following evaluation of their suitability, technical and professional capability, capacity and relevant experience, with a maximum of five suppliers invited to submit a tender.
